10 coronavirus cases recorded in Milton Keynes over the weekend

There were ten coronavirus cases recorded in Milton Keynes over the weekend, according to the latest data.

Three new COVID-19 cases were announced on Saturday (22/5), while a further seven COVID-19 cases were announced on Sunday (23/5).

This brings the total number of people tested positive in Milton Keynes since the start of the pandemic to 20,263 - of which 40 were in the past seven days.

The 7-day case rate in Milton Keynes has stayed the same over the weekend - currently standing at 21.5 cases per 100,000 people

This is still below the national average of 22.5 cases per 100,000 people.

141,774 local people have had their first dose of the vaccine and 76,049 people are now fully vaccinated.
