The festival is due to take place in Woburn Sands this August.
The festival, which is set to go ahead on 28th-29th August 2021, is a free day out for all the family featuring quality live music and food from local area.
Since entry is free to the public, organisers are asking for donations with a target of £5,000 in order to help the event go ahead.
Gill Brooke, the organiser of the fundraiser says: "I want to put on another music festival and not only give the community something to look forward to and participate in, but to raise much needed funds for our local charities, that have suffered so much during the pandemic.
"It will cost around £5K to put this festival on, all our bands are playing for free, the stage is provided for free, costs will be sound, insurance, medical attendance, & portaloos.
"I/We have organised many events before, but this is an ambitious project which will run for 2 days over the august bank holiday weekend."
Local businesses such as Frosts Garden Centre and Mursley Farm Shop are just some of the donators and supporters of the local festival.
At the time of writing (27/3), organisers have raised just over £2,300.
Donations can be made on the Woburn Sands Festival's Go Fund Me page.
